EMPOWER
Just in Time for Foster Youth is building a “bridge” for youth as they leave the foster care system with no stable adult relationships and no trusted community after 18. JIT is hosting a series of EMPOWER receptions to thank donors and friends who are helping them further their mission to help empower former foster youth throughout the county. Through these events, not only are they thanking supporters, but they are educating the public as to the incredible mission they are undertaking for our youth.
Just in Time for Foster Youth está construyendo “puentes” para los jóvenes que, a sus 18 años, van saliendo del sistema de guarda sin poder contar con relaciones estables con adultos que les ofrezcan contención ni una comunidad confiable que los reciba. JIT está llevando a cabo una serie de recepciones de EMPODERAMIENTO (EMPOWER) a lo largo de todo el condado, para agradecer a los donantes y amigos que colaboran con estos jóvenes ayudándolos a empoderarse. Por medio de estos eventos, no solo se quiere agradecer a quienes generosamente se ofrecen a colaborar, sino también se está educando a la comunidad sobre la increíble misión que están llevando a cabo por nuestros jóvenes.
