San Diego’s Ronald McDonald House was happy to host a very special reception, ¡Día de Alegría! with Latinas and Friends from our bi-national region at the lovely home of Charo Guerra. The champagne brunch, with Giving Back Magazine’s Danitza Villanueva serving as chair and Marie Cunning as Honorary Chair, welcomed over 200 guests to the launch of a new outreach program for the Latina philanthropic community. Accompanying the brunch, the afternoon was planned to further the House’s mission to ensure families in need have a “home away from home” during their child’s medical crisis. It turns out that this beautiful home with 6 bedrooms and over 10,000 square feet on 8.5 acres including stables is for sale if you wish to enjoy this property every day.
