San Ysidro Health Center celebrated the opening of their Chula Vista Medical Plaza with a ribbon-cutting Ceremony. Among the guests were political officials and long-time supporters who came together to be the first to see the new state-of-the-art facility responding to a high level of need with innovations in patient-centered care.
