Armando Flores is the owner of Charco Design & Build, an award-winning firm he founded after 20 years of experience in the design and construction industry. A San Diego native, following his studies in architectural drafting and interior design, Flores got his start at a top-notch design firm in Los Angeles. Charco Design & Build has been specializing in high-quality remodels and custom build projects. Charco Design and Build Inc. is proud to announce their partnership with Elena Gutnova the principal designer and founder of Art Graphic America. With an extensive background in contemporary architecture and design Elena is well reputed for her work with the international powerhouse known as Corp 10, one of the biggest commercial construction companies in the world.
Elena has designed commercial structures ranging from high-rises, shopping centers and business parks to ice rinks, cinemas, restaurants, and fitness centers. In her newest endeavor Ms. Gutnova will be designing speculative homes with Armando Flores, with whom she has collaborated since 2009. These high-end speculative properties will be on sale throughout the San Diego market in neighborhoods such as La Jolla, Rancho Santa Fe and Del Mar as early as 2015. They are especially eager to see what the future has in store for Art Graphic both in their singular enterprises and in their partnership with Charco Design and Build.
