The 2016 Champions of Scouting Celebration Distinguished Citizen Dinner honored an iconic member of the San Diego community, Kim Fletcher. For six years, the event which benefits the San Diego – Imperial Council and Boy Scouts of America has recognized outstanding community members who share the Scouts’ values. Attendees included Congressman Darrell Issa who was the keynote speaker for the evening.
