Champions for Health
Champions for Health hosting a COVID-19 vaccination clinic in historic Chicano Park. Thanks to the Champions for Health staff and University of San Diego Nursing students among others, the vaccine is being brought directly to the community and increasing health equity in priority zip codes. Champions for Health is improving community health and wellness, access to care for all, and support for physicians through engaged volunteerism.
Champions for Health llevando adelante una clínica de vacunación contra el COVID-19 en el histórico Chicano Park. Gracias al equipo de Champions for Health y a estudiantes de enfermería de la Universidad de San Diego, por nombrar algunos de los muchos voluntarios, la vacuna llega directamente a la comunidad, aumentando la equidad en salud, según la prioridad establecida por zonas postales. Champions for Health está mejorando la salud y el bienestar de la comunidad, el acceso a la atención y brindando apoyo a los médicos a través de sus comprometidos voluntarios.
