The 22nd Annual Chairman’s Circle Reception of the San Diego Council for Literacy, held in Fairbanks Ranch, welcomed guests to their award ceremony. The festive gathering was all in benefit of the Council’s commitment to unite the community to support literacy through leadership, advocacy and resources.
