In 1998, Javier Serhan formed Cedar Realty Group to develop and manage commercial properties in Southern California. Under his leadership, the company has developed multiple retail projects in the Southwest, primarily in Southern California and Arizona. With Javier’s wealth of professional experience and as a specialist in developing and managing retail centers and high-end fitness club facilities, he is surpassing expectations and making communities better places to live and work.
