The Luz Foundation of Tijuana and hundreds of friends and supporters came together dressed-up for the Carnival Antifaz. Complete with a coronation for Carnival Queen, the event helped raise funds for the foundation’s City of Light project for orphan adolescents offering technical career classes, arts center and specialists in emotional, spiritual and psychological growth.
