The Consul General of Mexico in San Diego Marcela Celorio in conjunction with the Westgate Hotel hosted the Summer Night Fiesta which served up flavorful wine and beer from Baja California. Guests were in for a treat with small plates by the Culinary Art School of Tijuana alongside Chefs Javier Plascencia and Claudia Sandoval.
