On this occasion, celebrated chef Adam Cho delighted special guests with a culinary pairing at The Art of Sushi and Sake where guests explored sake’s history, cultural meaning, elaboration and best pairings for dishes. Chef Cho also showcased his unique sushi style preparation from ingredients to techniques while sharing the traditions of this fine cuisine and its place in Japanese and American cultures.
