The Boys & Girls Clubs of Greater San Diego (BGCGSD) invites you to Change Lives and invest in the future of San Diego’s youth with their signature fundraising event, An Evening of Changing Lives. Each year nearly 800 Club supporters and community members gather for an amazing night that raises critical funds to support the Club’s programs and mission to provide San Diego children with a positive, fun and safe environment.
“We have come a long way since our first Club opened in 1941 in Logan Heights,” Danny Sherlock, CEO & President shared with Giving Back Magazine. “With 18 sites county-wide, we are now the second largest Boys & Girls Club organization in California and with a mission to provide San Diego children with a place to belong, your contribution will ensure that our services are available to those who need it the most.”
An Evening of Changing Liveswill be held on Saturday, September 28, 2019at the beautiful Marriott Marquis San Diego Marina. Enjoy a spectacular night of live entertainment and community outreach along San Diego’s waterfront.
The fun begins with a champagne sneak peek followed by incredible silent and live auctions ranging from a private in-home dining experience catered by Jake’s Del Mar, a 2020 Padres Home Game Suite for up to 20 people, and a seven-day luxury Paris Perfection getaway for two! With a record of sold-out auction success, registered guests will receive exclusive access to bid on the once in a lifetime items beginning two weeks prior to the event.
