An elegant event, the 5th annual Day of Joy, or Día de Alegría, recognized the contributions of “Latinas y Amigas” who have helped support and promote the goals of San Diego’s Ronald McDonald House. The organization will receive 100 percent of the proceeds which will provide crucial resources including lodging and meals to families with critically ill or injured children. Hosted at the Westgate Hotel and chaired by Esther Rodriguez and Co-Publisher Danitza Villanueva, this annual tradition is where the most philanthropic and elegant women can be found enjoying a wonderful luncheon.
