Maritza Coppel, alongside family and friends, celebrated the birthday of the Tijuana Archbishop Rafael Romo Muñoz with a grandiose celebration in San Diego. The guests enjoyed an intimate dinner, a Mexican trio, and a toast to the Archbishop who has done so much for Tijuana.
