50th Anniversary Gala
For 50 years, the Fleet Science Center has been elevating science and serving our community -so it was the perfect time to throw party to celebrate. The Fleet Science Center’s 50th Anniversary Gala was decorated in the style of the year of its opening, 1973 and featured a special program with guest of honor Katya Echazarreta. Katya is a citizen astronaut and the first Mexican-born woman and the youngest American woman to fly to space.
Durante 50 años, el Fleet Science Center se ha dedicado a elevar las ciencias sirviendo a nuestra comunidad y este hito se ha vuelto una razón más que suficiente para celebrar. El Fleet Science Center va a llevar adelante su gala por su 50° aniversario decorada en el estilo del momento de su inauguración, 1973, contando con un programa especial donde estará como invitada de honor Katya Echazarreta, astronauta nacida en México y la más joven mujer americana en volar al espacio.
