Now in its 50th year, the Women of Dedication started as a fundraiser for The Salvation Army to honor influential women in the community. This year, 15 new Women of Dedication were honored at a luncheon to say thank you for the efforts that they make to bring comfort and hope to those in need in the San Diego community.
