Since 1941, Boys & Girls Clubs of Greater San Diego has provided youth with a safe and nurturing environment through a wide variety of enrichment programs, activities and services. The mission of the Boys & Girls Clubs is to inspire and enable children to achieve academic success, build good character and responsible citizenship, and make healthy lifestyle choices.
Matt Frazier is a board member of Boys & Girls Clubs of Greater San Diego as well as the chair of “Evening of Changing Lives” Gala. Thanks to Matt’s efforts, The Boys & Girls Clubs of Greater San Diego is changing lives through quality programs and guidance in a safe, affordable and fun environment. Boys & Girls Clubs of Greater San Diego serves over 24,000 kids annually at 20 community-based sites from National City to Borrego Springs.

#3 My favorite place to visit is New Zealand.
#4 I would like to hike the Routeburn Track on the South Island in New Zealand that takes you through both Fiordland and Mount Aspiring National Parks.
#5 Our family has a miniature poodle named “Woodford”. He’s named after the bourbon.
#6 I have a cookbook collection that has gotten out of control.
#7 When I have a challenging day, I stay positive by knowing when I get home, my daughters will be there to make me laugh.
#8 Whenever I have made mistakes in life, I always try to learn from it and improve.
#9 The Boys & Girls Club of Greater San Diego has a 14 year old member who, within two years from enrolling in the Club, went from a 1.0 GPA to a 3.2! What a wonderful transformation from a youth who always thought that school just wasn’t for him. Now he dreams of going to college and serving as an example to his younger siblings.
