Dog Days of Summer. On August 9 the fastest-growing street fair for dogs and dog lovers is set to draw in friends, fans and family members to Cardiff-by-the-Sea. This year highlights include, a Blessing of the Dogs, beer garden and over 200 booths including pet adoptions from local shelters and rescue organizations.
