1. Fashion The Night Away! Together for Charity, Giving Back Magazine and Fashion Valley Mall are joining forces for a fashion show fundraiser at the Downtown Public Library on May 23. The event will feature a silent auction, cocktail on Sunset Terrace and elegant Fashion Show featuring women from both sides of the border modeling Fashion Valley Mall's most exclusive boutiques. All funds raised will benefit orphaned children in Tijuana.

Helping kids... Have you ever wondered who had the idea of building a hospital just for children of San Diego? Since 1909, the dedicated women of the Charity Ball have been an integral part of the social and philanthropic fabric by raising funds for Rady Children's Hospital. San Diego's oldest philanthropic event takes place on February 8 at the Hotel Del with this year's theme of From the Heart.
